Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. If a customer refuses delivery, a 10% deduction will apply.

To cancel, email us at connect@luminousindia.com or call +91 8906 008 008 with your order details.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For COD/bank transfer payments, bank details or a cancelled cheque must be submitted.

Orders may be cancelled by Gabros due to incorrect details, product unavailability, or non-serviceable addresses.

Product Return

Returns are allowed only at the time of delivery. Once accepted, returns are not permitted. Please inspect the product thoroughly before accepting it. Damaged or defective products should be refused with remarks noted on the POD.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days post return confirmation, subject to product condition.

Product Replacement

Products can be replaced within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:

Return Process

To initiate a return, email connect@luminousindia.com or call +91 8906 008 008 with the following:

Repack the product securely. If reverse pickup isn't available, you may need to self-ship the product to our warehouse. Courier charges will be reimbursed.

Inspection & Refund

Upon receiving the returned product, it will be inspected. If the return is approved, replacement or refund will be issued within 7 working days.

If the return guidelines are not met, the product will be returned to you without any action.
